Irrigation Technician Job Description

Join a growing landscape maintenance and construction company focused on water efficiency. We’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Irrigation Technician & Landscape Maintenance Supervisor with 5+ years of experience to lead crews and manage high-quality landscape services.

Responsibilities:

  • Program and repair irrigation systems (CalSense, Hunter, Irritrol, RainBird, etc.)

  • Supervise 2–4 crew members on landscape maintenance tasks

  • Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct property assessments and lead safety meetings

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in irrigation/landscape maintenance (required)

  • Fluent in English & Spanish (required)

  • Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills
