Operations Manager

What You’ll Do:

✔ Oversee day-to-day operations alongside our CEO & field managers
✔ Support hiring, onboarding & development of field teams
✔ Ensure safety standards & implement new protocols
✔ Build strong relationships with clients & grow new business
✔ Estimate maintenance & enhancement projects
✔ Manage P&L and ensure project profitability
✔ Foster a positive, growth-minded company culture

What You Bring:

• Experience in landscape operations, construction, or a similar field

• Strong leadership and communication skills
